Shiba Inu Surges Ahead of Dogecoin and Cardano in Canada and US

Ivestors in Canada and the United States have demonstrated a notably higher level of interest in Shiba Inu (SHIB) compared to other prominent altcoins such as Dogecoin (DOGE) and Cardano (ADA). A closer look at the data, particularly from Google Trends, reveals that Shiba Inu consistently leads in terms of search volume, signaling a strong presence in these markets.

Shiba Inu’s Dominance in Canadian Interest

Google Trends data indicates that Shiba Inu commands a significantly higher search volume among Canadians in comparison to Cardano and Dogecoin. Over the past 30 days, Shiba Inu consistently outperformed its competitors in terms of search popularity.

On August 15, just before the unveiling of Shibarium, Shiba Inu’s search volume in Canada reached its peak, registering a perfect score of 100 on Google Trends. This signifies the peak popularity of the search term. In contrast, Dogecoin and Cardano both scored around 30, indicating considerably less popularity.

Notably, Shiba Inu’s search volume in Canada remained consistently above 50, indicating above-average popularity, even in the 90-day comparison. In contrast, Dogecoin and Cardano hovered around 25, with Dogecoin briefly surpassing 50 at the end of July.

Wide Geographic Distribution in Canada

Interestingly, the search interest in Shiba Inu in Canada appears to be uniformly distributed across regions, rather than concentrated in a few areas. For instance, in the Northwest and Yukon territories, Shiba Inu accounted for 100% of searches, with Dogecoin and Cardano registering 0%. A similar pattern was observed in New Brunswick, Newfoundland, and Labrador territories, where Shiba Inu represented over 70% of search volume in the last 24 hours.

Shiba Inu’s Appeal in the United States

The trend of heightened interest in Shiba Inu is not limited to Canada; it extends to the United States as well. Over the past day, the search volume for Shiba Inu in the United States outpaced that of Cardano and Dogecoin. This indicates a significant level of curiosity and engagement with Shiba Inu among American investors.

The consistent dominance of Shiba Inu in search volume suggests that it has captured the attention of both Canadian and American investors. Whether it’s due to the unveiling of Shibarium or other factors, Shiba Inu’s popularity continues to grow, solidifying its position as a prominent player in the cryptocurrency market.

This data underscores the importance of monitoring the evolving interests and preferences of cryptocurrency investors, as it can provide valuable insights into market dynamics and potential opportunities for digital assets like Shiba Inu.
